Ravviviamo il tuo <strong>ritmo circadiano<\/strong> in modo da non crollare nuovamente mentre sei a lavoro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il tuo orologio biologico interno, o &#8220;ritmo circadiano&#8221;, pu\u00f2 spiegare perch\u00e9 ti senti cos\u00ec pigro dopo pranzo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ritmo circadiano \u00e8 controllato da una minuscola regione alla base del cervello chiamata <strong>nucleo soprachiasmatico<\/strong> (SCN), che ci fa sentire assonnati la sera inviando un segnale al corpo per rilasciare l&#8217;ormone che induce il sonno: la melatonina, che abbassa anche la nostra temperatura corporea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dalle-14-alle-16-che-succede\">Dalle 14 alle 16 che succede?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuttavia, sperimentiamo anche una versione in miniatura di questo processo tra le 14:00 e le 16:00 circa. La ragione di ci\u00f2 non \u00e8 chiara, ma la ricerca suggerisce che alcuni aspetti del nostro ritmo circadiano <strong>hanno un ciclo di 12 ore<\/strong>, cos\u00ec come quello primario di 24 ore.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/images.immediate.co.uk\/production\/volatile\/sites\/4\/2020\/06\/4-Slump_preview-7c90789.jpg?w=800&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Perch\u00e9 ricevo sempre un crollo energetico nel pomeriggio?  \u00a9 Daniel Bright\" class=\"wp-image-57309\" title=\"Perch\u00e9 ricevo sempre un crollo energetico nel pomeriggio?  \u00a9 Daniel Bright\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Ma quindi perch\u00e9 il pomeriggio ho sempre sonno?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sensazione di stanchezza pu\u00f2 anche essere intensificata da altri fattori, come mangiare parecchi carboidrati a pranzo , magari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vsxdesign.com\/blog\/scienza\/salute\/se-mangi-troppa-pizza\/\"><strong>troppa pizza<\/strong><\/a>, non dormire a sufficienza la notte precedente o essere disidratati. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-il-pisolino-dopo-pranzo-fa-bene\">Il pisolino dopo pranzo fa bene?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se stai davvero lottando, un <strong>pisolino dopo pranzo<\/strong> non \u00e8 una cattiva idea. Gli studi hanno dimostrato che un sonnellino da 20 a 30 minuti pu\u00f2 aumentare la concentrazione, l&#8217;attenzione e l&#8217;umore del resto della giornata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ci sono persino aziende che hanno investito in &#8220;stanzini&#8221; del sonno sul posto di lavoro per il proprio personale, per una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vsxdesign.com\/blog\/economia\/commercio-e-ricchezza\/una-cultura-aziendale-positiva-e-la-chiave-per-fidelizzare-i-dipendenti\/\"><strong>cultura aziendale positiva<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuttavia, non \u00e8 fattibile per tutti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quindi un&#8217;altra opzione \u00e8<strong> fare una passeggiata all&#8217;ora di pranzo<\/strong>.
